“Nobody Is Safe” – Formula Один Season 2 So Far

🖋️ Editor's Note: Welcome to the Chaos Era

If Season 1 of Formula Odin was about discovering the speed demons, Season 2 is pure theatre.

We've had a driver win every single race so far. Three title contenders (Sajiki Jones, Eris-Bernoulli-Bruschetta and Elye Lönend-Quaker) got locked in the pitlane in Brazil, slamming multiple cooler boxes on their way out. Elye Lönend-Quaker is outscoring his own team. And Yisk Svensson went from the podium in São Paulo to a cloud of smoke at Monza, muttering "my steering wheel is possessed" on the radio.

Yes, it’s that kind of season. So buckle up — we’re only four rounds in.

🏆 Bradford Unchallenged, But Not Unquestioned

Make no mistake: Rum Balls Bradford has been imperious. Four wins from four races, leading from the front like a metronome in a Williams car that looks fast only when he’s driving it.

But whispers in the paddock suggest not everyone is convinced.

“He’s good, but maybe not that good,” Eris Bernoulli-Bruschetta said with a grin after Spain. “Is it talent, or did Williams finally find their USB stick from 2020?”

Either way, his perfection is starting to warp the championship narrative. The real story now lies behind him.

🔥 AlphaTauri: Fast. Furious. Fighting.

Sajiki Jones and Silver Carlos are sitting 4th and 5th in the standings, but the garage is tense. After Sajiki’s Brazil DNF, Silver told the press:

“We’re not here to babysit mistakes.”

Sajiki fired back after Spain with a simple:

“Remind him which one of us has a pole position.”

Likewise, Sajiki didn’t attend the champagne shower in Spain; he texted Carlos instead:

“Don’t slip in my spray.”

Carlos replied in kind:

“Just don’t get in my way on Sunday.”

They’re pushing each other to the edge — and dragging AlphaTauri with them. Monaco could ignite this rivalry into a full-on intra-team war.

⬆️⬇️ Haas: From Heaven to Hindenburg

No team has confused us more than MoneyGram Haas.

Round 2: Brazil

  • Pietro Pepovic storms from P7 to P2.
  • Yisk Svensson climbs from P18 to a miraculous P3.
  • Both finished safely before the legendary pit‑lane shutdown disqualification.
  • Haas bags more points in one race than they did in three combined last season.

Round 4: Monza

  • Pepovic DNFs with “loss of power.”
  • Svensson DNFs after hitting a sausage curb so hard it launched his car.

So what’s going on?

Theory 1: Setup Sensitivity Haas' car seems to have a “goldilocks window” — too cold, too hot, too bumpy, and the whole thing collapses. When conditions suit (Brazil), it flies.

Theory 2: Two Driving Philosophies

  • Pepovic is methodical, nursing tyres and hovering around the top 10.
  • Svensson? Total chaos merchant. Either glory or gravel.

Expect more chaos in Monaco — the team says they’ve fixed their floor flex issues. We say: bring a crane. After their mythical 2024 Monaco results, anything and everything is possible.

🎙️ Banter Watch

The off-track drama has been as fiery as the on-track chaos:

  • Kermit Fatzenjäger (after GB): “I think I overtook four ghost cars. Nothing made sense.”
  • Jacking Tosh, under pressure: “Do I look worried? Wait, don’t print that.”
  • Gatevold, dry as ever: “Monaco? Great. I can’t wait to qualify 17th and still finish in the points.”

Even Croeslava Pinkington, with just 2 points, told media:

“Red Bull’s new strategy? ‘Vibes-based telemetry.’”

Meanwhile, rumours say that Kaltenbach’s BMW is finally fixed for a hot lap in Monte Carlo.

🇲🇨 Monaco Preview: Tight, Tricky, Treacherous

Welcome to Monte Carlo — where precision is everything, and half the grid will dream of a red flag saving them.

🏁 Storylines to Watch:

  • Can anyone touch Bradford?
  • Will AlphaTauri’s civil war erupt into contact?
  • Can Haas survive without breaking a floor or a gearbox?
  • Is this finally the weekend for Eris?

Rain is possible. Strategy will be king. And overtaking will be near impossible unless someone really wants to crash.

Creative overtakes will be required in Monte Carlo

🗣️ Gonki Verdict

"This is no longer a battle for the lead — it’s a battle to survive the midfield."

Williams might be walking the title, but the season is far from boring. Every lap is a ticking bomb. Monaco will be a masterpiece — or a massacre. Stay tuned.
